Calming & Relaxing Guided Meditation

A Guided Meditation Dharma Practice

Holistic Body Calming & Relaxing Dharma

A very important question to ask about spiritual cultivation is how to calm down and relax. Classical Buddhist theory refers to calming and relaxing as the precursor to "entering the state", the first state of Zen. There is an unfavorable condition for "entering the state", the resisting mind. Getting rid of the resisting mind to enter the state is the goal for doing this practice.

Take yourself into the transcendental, deep relaxing mind state. This Dharma Practice method has helped many students, who were having difficulty getting a good night of sleep for a long time, and are having some of the best sleep now.

When your eyes see the sea, in your mind there is no seawater. It enters you, and you enter it. Enter the first Dhyana Chan Zen state.
